Star
Wars Galaxies free for 14 days
LucasArts
and Sony Online Entertainment debuted a promotion they are running
today, for Star Wars Galaxies. Available for download from
www.StarwarsGalaxies.com,
the full versions of Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided and its
first expansion, Jump to Lightspeed, are completely free for anyone
to use for up to fourteen days. This fourteen day trial gives people
the chance to try out the full version of the game without any
commitment, but as an incentive for people to convert their trial
account to an active subscription LucasArts is giving away copies of
the second expansion, Rage of the Wookies, to every person who
converts their account. The copy of Rage of the Wookies will be
available via a download at no additional cost, along with an
exclusive in-game item for use by one of their characters. For
