Eidos and Crystal Dynamics announced the release of the first downloadable content pack for Tomb Raider: Underworld this week, entitled Beneath the Ashes . The pack is available exclusively for Xbox 360, for 800 Microsoft Points and is available for download via the Xbox Live Marketplace now.
Beneath the Ashes , the first of two Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable packs for the game, is specifically designed to extend the Tomb Raider: Underworld experience, taking Lara back to the remains of Croft Manor where she uncovers a massive series of never-before-seen caverns and age old crypts used by her father to protect and hide a deadly source of power. The pack includes six new costumes for Lara, and an additional 125 achievement points for you to collect.
Beneath the Ashes was initially set to release earlier this month, but was delayed just one day before its February 10 th release date, due to what Eidos called “a n unexpected technical issue ”. The second downloadable content pack, Lara's Shadow is currently scheduled to release in March.
