Lena Headey of '300', 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' and the upcoming HBO television series 'Game of Thrones' has joined the cast of 'Dredd'.
She will star alongside Karl Urban, who plays the lawman of the title, as a ruthless gang leader who is causing widespread chaos throughout mega City One.
‘Dredd’ takes us to the wild streets of Mega City One, the lone oasis of
quasi-civilization on Cursed Earth [in the late 21st century]. Judge
Dredd (Karl Urban) is the most feared of elite Street Judges, with the
power to enforce the law, sentence offenders and execute them on the
spot – if necessary.
