Thong Girl #2 Out

Purrsia Press has completed Issue #2 of the skimpy superhero spoof, Thong Girl!

TG is Nashville, Tennessee's first authentic crime fighter.  She is the product of writer/director Glen Weiss, and comic artist Desi Turner.  Originally intended as a four-minute skit for Glen's other wacky cable access creation "Stubby's Place", Thong Girl blossomed into a comic book, followed by a twenty minute short film, until a franchise was born! The next movie, "Thong Girl 3: Revenge Of The Dark Widow", will be released in Febuary 2007 from Thong Girl Films.

The story goes, while shopping at a lingerie store one day, Lana Layonme, an assistant district attorney, discovered a very special thong with magical powers.  She found that by donning this unique red thong, she had the ability to fly.  She also possessed superhuman strength and, much to her surprise (and initial shock) discovered that she was able to fire laser beams from her bum! Appealing to her inherent do-gooder nature as a crusader for legal justice, she assumed the awesome responsibility of keeping Music City, USA safe from unlawfulness and corruption in the guise of Thong Girl! She now patrols the skies of Music City with an iron fist and a fiery butt, making sure the city is safe for law-abiding citizens and hat-wearing country stars alike.

Issue #2 takes place after TG has stopped the notorious Mr. Bigg, but now his femme fatale girlfriend, Dark Widow, has come to town wanting revenge. Together with her new sidekick, Boxerbrief Boy, Thong Girl must defeat Dark Widow before she nukes all of Nashville!
