Although the pace continues to be slow, the story is interesting and there are more insights into all the characters of the team. The characterisation is strong and each is well defined. One of Straczynskis strength is to mirror real world events. His comments in this story about American intervention in Africa are interesting and show both sides perspective.
Frank is adroit and a good storyteller as usual. He also masters facial expressions. I like the Amphibians face when the Shape called her fishy. This issue was good overall.
