Finding himself a fugitive from justice, the Falcon must battle his way past elite naval operatives while Cap must choose between his partner and his principles while suffering an enigmatic battle fatigue that replays Cap's worst failure and presents the Scarlet Witch as his only refuge.

This story is really absorbing; Priest manages to conjure up the air of hostile frustration and hectic confusion. He still makes the story easy enough to follow however (if you read the first part of the arc) and enticing. You can really see why Sam (Falcon) is pissed and it is extremely convincing with good dialogue. The rest of the story is really intriguing; you just want to find out what is going on with Cap (flashbacks a plenty) and especially the whole Wanda situation.

Bennett loves the splash shoot, sot the fact that he does them perfectly is a real plus. At the beginning of the issue we witness a lot of action. All of this is put down nicely by Bennett. The proportions are on point and actions are fluid. We are also graced with some majestic shots of Falcon in flight. These do a great job of showing off his new wings as well. And the panel with him going through a building was real slick.
