Captain America and the Falcon are finally reunited in Miami - but for the Falcon, who single-handedly faced down the super-powered Anti-Cap, it may already be too late. Cap faces the dilemma of bringing the so-called "Anti-Cap" to justice - while knowing if he does that, he is likely sentencing the rogue Super-Soldier to death.

This was a GREAT issue! Priest really pulls things together and lets the reader in on some interesting revelations. We find out the rest of Anti-Cap's origins and this lets you see where his convictions come from. The whole situation with O.N.I and Rivias is also revealed and damn, is it good. What Priest does in this issue and in a good way, is look at how we perceive trouble within the world today. Different perspectives are looked at and it makes you think f'sure. The ending is also a nice set up, for upcoming issues.

This issue, Sears art seems more distracting. The faces seem squashed in places and body proportions are completely off. Anti-Cap looks a messy and at times you'd think he was twice the size of Captain America. For the most part, the panel layout is pretty good and adds something to your viewing. Unfortunate though, it's the layout that makes the last page, next arc build up confusing.
