Devil’s Due Publishing is putting forth yet another chapter in R. A. Salvatore’s Forgotten Realms Legend of Drizzt Trilogy with FORGOTTEN REALMS: EXILE #1 (of 3) this November. Following in the wake of the now available Forgotten Realms Book I: Homeland Trade Paper Back, Book II: Exile cuts deeper into the Forgotten Realms, retelling one of the most successful fantasy legends in a new, graphic format.

Writer Andrew Dabb and penciler Tim Seeley continue their reign as the creative team on Homeland returns for Exile. The adapted novel is told through three 48-page issues with two covers each. Cover A will feature the artwork of interior artist Tim Seeley at $5.95 and each cover B will feature art by various artist on collector card stock covers for $8.95.

“Whenever I hear there’s a spin-off piece coming on my work, I hold my breath,” said R.A. Salvatore. “Then I saw the lettering and the drawings and I knew that, yeah, they got it. They captured the essence of the novel, and in beautiful form.”

“The Forgotten Realms experience has been an amazing adventure,” stated DDP president Josh Blaylock. “And there’s still more fun to come…”

“I don’t think my hand has stopped yet,” says artist Tim Seeley as he pries himself from his work. “This project is just as exciting now as it was when it started. We’ve got something really special here, and I’m glad to be a part of it.”
