As this series has ended, it’s weird to review it in hindsight. The story really went nowhere. Here there is a conspiracy plot by some government apparatus that transforms super humans into agents. The same story is parallelled with Duke. Yet, it all serves no point at all. It’s a shame that this story could have been much more than the equivalent of a comic book blog. In this case, it was a comic book blog about nothing in particular.
The artwork is all right and moody. It’s quite different from the crisp look that came before with bright heroics. At least, it looks good.
