The Lost Boys, from Vertigo Comics continues to get marginally better each issue, although it appears that any truly interesting new characters might not have a lengthy shelf life following this issue's developments. The appearance, finally, of a new evil helps to push the story in new directions. Something The Lost Boys' franchise, as a comic book, desperately needs.
There's little more that I can say about Scott Godlewski's art that I haven't said in one of my previous reviews of The Lost Boys. His art is sparse yet realistic enough to meet the requirements of making fantasy characters look believable.
Not the best Vertigo Comics series being published right now, but definitely not unworthy of the imprint's legacy, The Lost Boys remains a worthwhile read.
