Deathstroke tests Kid Flash in a mission and then reveals his journal to the rest of the team. How long will Kid Flash endure and remain with Defiance? This was a team-building issue with much characterization and background about how each member of Defiance feels with the others with Deathstroke as usual, pulling all the strings. The artwork was odd in places and decent. I’m not sure how I feel about it. I think the two inkers, Jason Paz and Trevor Scott made Diogenes Neves look very different in the same comic. As usual with a Christopher Priest script, there is a lot of foreshadowing about other events that will occur. The continuing thread about the vigilante woman hunting Chinese gangs continues to be odd but the payoff is sure to come.
