Bin Clean Up

If you poke around, you'll notice a few interface change at the Bin. I cleaned up the site a bit in anticipation of the real big design change that's coming later this year. Most of it has to do with how dates and articles are presented, emphasis on some layout elements has been lessened. the changes are quite gentle, bust should improve sage for most users.
