Nen-nen PVC Figure from Yamato

Yamato will release a Nen-nen PVC Figure sculpted by Mitsumasa Yoshizawa based on a design by Shunya Yamashita. Both are popular Japanese artists. I'm not familiar with the character or even know if it's an existing character or just one based off a design.
