Microsoft Announces Surface Pricing

Microsoft today announced the Candian price points for their Surface tablets coming October 26th. As it stands, they seem to be around $20 more than their US counterparts.



Originally unveiled in June, Surface with Windows RT will be available start at $519.00 CAD without any cover.

As for the Touch Cover product, there will be three colors - black, white and cyan - priced at $129.99 CAD. They will also offer a Type Cover (with a keyboard) in black for $139.99 CAD.



Customers can visit www.surface.com to pre-order the device now in eight markets: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, the UK and the US. As mentioned earlier, prices vary by geography.
