Red Hood and Artemis open this issue taking down Professor Pyg and his dollotrons who were robbing the Penguin. After the successful mission Bizarro now brainy thanks to Lex's cure takes them on a tour of their new base. The tour is full of awesome gimmicks in their new hideout thanks to Bizarro's new I.Q. it is maybe even better equipped to fight crime than the batcave.

There was some humour and a little kicking butt in this issue, but I suspect its main purpose story-wise was to contrast the old Bizzaro to the new improved version.

So it did that, yet I wouldn’t call the issue a huge success because a lot of Bizarro's charm was his child like innocence and wonder even when his mind was trapped in a powerful super body. So I see Lobdell's attempt to switch things up but am not really a fan.

The art is fantastic. Pencils inks and colours are sharp and make the characters and settings really beautiful.
