Harley’s folks are in town for a visit, but she’s got a few problems to iron out before she can enjoy her visit with Ma and Pa. For one, Harley’s evil(er) doppleganger Harley Sinn is back in town, hoping to enlist Harley in a campaign against hizzoner the mayor. Mayor DePerto is a slimebag of epic proportions, and Harely Sinn knows he colluded in sending her to Arkham, instead of the nice, easy white-collar rehabilitation country club she was promised.

Meanwhile, a couple of B-list super-villains – well, not really super, mind you, just criminals with a gimmick – have their eyes on the dinner cruise Harley’s taking her folks on. Fortunately, in good old-fashioned style, Harley’s got her fightin’ togs on under her civvies.

It’s a fun issue, though the commentary on how wonderfully weird New York City can be is something I could live without. Granted, it is a great town to people watch, but it has it’s drawbacks too. The garbage on the sidewalk, the constant congestion. It’s a great town, but it’s not for everybody.

And in our back-up feature, it’s a return to the old days, when Harley was partnered with Mr. J. Though in this storyline she’s keeping a few secrets from him, mostly concerning their new digs and all the major renovations she’s putting into it.
