Playing with the HMS with and Cobra HISS Techno Viper

I'm thinking through how the H.M.S. (HEETSEEK MISSILE SYSTEM) and the Cobra HISS Techno-Viper would be used in combat to assess how good their design are and I'm having fun doing so!
